Muditam "Refer and Earn Gold" Campaign

By participating in the "Refer and Earn Gold" Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Muditam Ayurveda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility & Participation
   ✅ The campaign is open to all existing and new users of the Muditam Ayurveda products.
   ✅ The referrer must have an active account on the Muditam App.
   ✅ The referred person must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from Muditam Ayurveda.
   🚫 Employees, affiliates, and partners of Muditam Ayurveda are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Conditions & Reward Criteria
   🎁 Reward Structure:
   ✅ Refer 3 people (each making a qualifying purchase) → Earn a 10g Silver Coin 🥈
   ✅ Refer 10 people (each making a qualifying purchase) → Earn a 0.5g Gold Coin 🏅
   📌 Conditions for a Valid Referral:
   ✅ The referred person must download the Muditam Ayurveda App using the referrer’s unique referral link/code.
   ✅ The referred person must sign up and place an order worth ₹999 or more (after discounts or offers).
   The referred person must connect with Muditam’s experts via call or WhatsApp after purchase.
   ✅ The minimum order value of ₹999 applies only to Muditam Ayurveda products. Blood tests, service charges, or any other non-product fees are NOT included.
   ✅ The purchase must be completed and not canceled/refunded within the return period.
   ✅ Each referred person counts only once (multiple orders from the same person do not count as multiple referrals).
   ✅ The referrer cannot refer themselves by creating duplicate accounts.
   The referrer becomes eligible for rewards only after all referred orders are successfully delivered.
3. Reward Fulfillment & Delivery
   Once a referrer qualifies for a reward, they will receive an official confirmation via the Muditam Ayurveda App or WhatsApp.
   Rewards will be dispatched within 30-45 days after verification of referrals and order validity.
   If the gold or silver coin is unavailable, Muditam Ayurveda reserves the right to offer an equivalent reward in value.
   Muditam Ayurveda is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced rewards after dispatch.
4. Fraud Prevention & Disqualification
   🚨 Muditam Ayurveda strictly prohibits the following fraudulent activities:
   Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to earn rewards.
   Fake referrals using bots, automated tools, or unauthorized third parties.
   Bulk orders or bulk account creation for manipulation.
   Canceling/refunding orders after earning the referral credit.
   📌 If any fraudulent activity is detected:
   The referrer will be disqualified from the campaign and future promotions.
   Any pending rewards will be forfeited without notice.
   Muditam Ayurveda reserves the right to take legal action in cases of misuse.
5. Campaign Modifications & Termination
   Muditam Ayurveda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral campaign at any time without prior notice.
   The company may adjust the reward structure, eligibility criteria, or order conditions if necessary.
   Any disputes or concerns will be handled at the sole discretion of Muditam Ayurveda.
6. Taxes & Liabilities
   Any tax liability arising from the receipt of gold or silver coins will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
   Muditam Ayurveda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this campaign.
